Your Project Manager prepares and presents your bid, oversees purchasing and production, coordinates subcontractors, monitors quality, and ensures your satisfaction with both the construction process and the finished product. Your Project Manager is always in control of your job and is always available to assist you. Our proprietary construction management software keeps our Project Managers apprised of your job at all times. From work or from home, this highly specialized system shares information company-wide. It allows our managers to access your project information and analyze any detail of your project at any given moment. From estimates and schedules to job financials, our sophisticated system keeps your job on-track and on-schedule through each phase of construction.
